Apple announces new event October 30th

Apple new keynote ipad pro 2018

Today Apple announces new event October 30th in Brooklyn, New York where it’s widely expected we’ll see new iPad Pro tablets and potentially several updates to the Mac lineup. This is a crucial keynote for Apple. It will show us their direction for the next few years. If there is nothing interesting (nice tech for a reasonable price), I will have to get out of the ecosystem. Interesting that different publications are getting different logos.

There is more in the Making

The event’s tagline is “there’s more in the making,” and its location is a bit of a surprise. It was reasonable to believe Apple would again present its new products in the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park after last month’s iPhone event.

We know when Apple literally has machines that haven’t been touched in 4 years, it’s really. There are certain expectations about tech products that Apple has been neglecting in regard to their computers.

The invite says “There’s more in the making,” which suggests there are more products to announce. For the first time, whole bunch of artistic logos, handwriting looking tagline – definitely an iPad Pro event.

They’ve admitted to dumb design choices before (Mac Pro) and turned around. The fact that they haven’t added the Touch Bar to their new keyboards, and basically haven’t updated it since release.
